If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website without written permission

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and source code — is the intellectual property of Oscillion Software and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view our website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract, the following ownership rules apply to custom software and development engagements:

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and deliverables created solely for them
• Oscillion Software retains ownership of all pre-existing code, frameworks, libraries, and proprietary components used in the project
• We reserve the right to use non-confidential aspects of projects (such as screenshots, case studies, and general descriptions) for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are outlined in individual project contracts or invoices. General terms include:

• Custom projects: typically 40–50% advance, balance on delivery or milestone-based
• SaaS subscriptions: billed monthly or annually in advance
• Invoices are due within 7–14 calendar days of issue unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month
• We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding dues beyond 30 days

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of a project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, client data, and financial information. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement and remains in force for a period of three (3) years.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Oscillion Software makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oscillion Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party services, APIs, or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
